1. Security scanning is not a guarantee

Secureefy Scan performs automated, external, non-intrusive checks and reports findings based on the data available at the time of the scan. A passing result does not guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities, and results may change as your systems, third-party services, or the threat landscape change. Secureefy Scan is not a substitute for a full manual penetration test or professional security audit.

2. Authorised use only

You are solely responsible for ensuring you are authorised to scan any domain or system you submit. Havteq Solutions Private Limited accepts no liability for unauthorised scanning performed through your account.

3. Backups & data

Secureefy Backup uses zero-knowledge, client-side encryption. Because your encryption passphrase never leaves your device, we cannot recover your data if you lose it. You are responsible for safely retaining your passphrase and for verifying your backups. We recommend maintaining more than one copy of critical data.

4. No professional advice

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, compliance, or professional advice. Compliance-related outputs (such as GDPR or DPDP checks) are informational aids and do not by themselves establish legal compliance; consult a qualified professional for your specific obligations.

5. Third-party data

Some results rely on third-party sources (such as threat-intelligence and reputation providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havteq Solutions Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Services or their results. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
