Terms of Service — Secureefy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Havteq Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), which owns and operates Secureefy and its Secureefy Scan and Secureefy Backup products (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

2. The Services

Secureefy Scan performs external, non-intrusive security and compliance scans of domains. You may scan only domains and systems that you own or are expressly authorised to test. Unauthorised scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and is your sole responsibility.

Secureefy Backup provides client-side encrypted backup software for macOS and Windows together with a cloud control service. Files are encrypted on your device before upload; because the service is zero-knowledge, we cannot recover your data or encryption passphrase if you lose it. You are responsible for retaining your passphrase.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
Do not scan, probe, or test systems you do not own or lack authorisation to assess.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Services or their security.
Do not resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

4. Subscription plans & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateways, Razorpay and PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise; international payments made via PayPal may be converted to USD at the prevailing rate. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically and the fee is charged to your payment method on file. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery of services

The Services are digital and delivered electronically. Access to a purchased product is provisioned to your account immediately after successful payment; desktop software is delivered as a download. There is no physical shipment. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Havteq Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose during your subscription. Data and files you provide remain yours.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". Security scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities; maintain independent backups of critical data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havteq Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. 8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Kalka, Haryana, India.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to registered users. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact info@havteq.com.
