Secureefy provides digital services only — here's how and when they're delivered.
Havteq Solutions Private Limited provides digital software-as-a-service products (Secureefy Scan and Secureefy Backup). No physical goods are sold or shipped. All delivery is electronic.
1. Digital delivery
- Instant provisioning. When your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay and PayPal, access to the product(s) you purchased is activated on your Secureefy account immediately, typically within a few minutes.
- Secureefy Scan is delivered through your online dashboard — no download is required.
- Secureefy Backup includes desktop applications for macOS and Windows, delivered as a secure download link within your account, plus the online backup control service.
2. Access & activation
Your login credentials give you access to all features of the product(s) included in your plan. If access is not activated within one hour of a successful payment, contact info@havteq.com and we will resolve it promptly.
3. No shipping charges
Because the Services are entirely digital, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges of any kind.
